has many uses, from body modelling to reducing pain and joint stiffness. What is worth knowing, however, is that the Chinese cup massage, which is fashionable today and increasingly popular, is several thousand years old.

02
what is it?
Chinese cup massage is a unique technique based on the use of pressure to stimulate different parts of the body. As part of the procedure, special bubbles are placed on the skin. By creating a vacuum, bubbles suck the skin and subcutaneous tissues into the interior. This way of acting brings a number of health and aesthetic benefits.
In practice, Chinese cup massage is performed in a few simple steps. First, the skin is properly moisturised and oiled, most often with the help of oils. Then the bubbles are applied to the skin. A vacuum is created in them, as a result of which the tissues are drawn into the centre.
The created vacuum favours the stimulation of blood and lymph circulation, accelerating tissue renewal processes and eliminating toxins from the body. As a result of suction of the skin into bubbles and circulation stimulation, metabolic processes are accelerated, which in turn can be helpful in reducing excess kilograms and cellulite and improving the quality of the skin.

03
For optimal results, it is recommended to massage 2-3 times a week. The duration of the procedure is usually 15-30 minutes. Sometimes the massage lasts longer (e.g. about an hour). It all depends on the surface of the body being massaged, whether it is one muscle group or many.
During the massage, the cups are moved over the skin, which can cause slight redness and sometimes even bruises, which, however, quickly disappear. They are a natural reaction of the body to such a procedure. After a few more massages, these symptoms cease to occur.
Regular Chinese cup massage sessions help reduce muscle tension, relieve pain and improve overall well-being.
